Accolade CEO Rajeev Singh's 2021 pay slips 18% to $2.6M

Accolade reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on June 25, 2021.
In 2021, three Accolade executives received on average a compensation package of $2.1M, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Rajeev Singh, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.6M in total, which decreased by 18% compared to 2020. 68% of Singh's compensation, or $1.8M, was in option awards. Singh also received $425K in non-equity incentive plan, $400K in salary, as well as $3K in other compensation.
Robert Cavanaugh, President, received a compensation package of $1.9M, which increased by 27% compared to previous year. 62% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in option awards.
Stephen H. Barnes, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.8M in 2021, a 59% increase compared to previous year.
Accolade's fiscal year ends on February 28.
