Amerisafe reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 30, 2021.
In 2020, five Amerisafe executives received on average a compensation package of $950K, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
G. Janelle Frost, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.9M in total, which decreased by 11% compared to 2019. 57% of Frost's compensation, or $1.1M, was in stock awards. Frost also received $146K in non-equity incentive plan, $678K in salary, as well as $19K in other compensation.

Kathryn H. Shirley, Chief Administrative Officer, received $628K in 2020, which decreases by 3% compared to 2019.
Andrew B. McCray, Executive Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer, earned $602K in 2020, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
