In 2022, two Amerityre executives received on average a compensation package of $204K, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, received $356K in total, which increased by 25% compared to 2021. 64% of Sullivan's compensation, or $228K, was in salary. Sullivan also received $67K in bonus and $62K in stock awards.
Lynda Keeton-Cardno, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $52K, which increased by 11% compared to previous year. 81% of the compensation package, or $42K, was in salary.
