AMREP reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on August 3, 2018.
In 2018, three AMREP executives received on average a compensation package of $294K, a 31% increase compared to previous year.
Christopher V. Vitale, Chief Executive Officer, received $386K in total, which increased by 40% compared to 2017. 71% of Vitale's compensation, or $275K, was in salary. Vitale also received $111K in stock awards and $270 in other compensation.
Rory Burke, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $283K, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 92% of the compensation package, or $261K, was in salary.
James M. Mcmonagle, Chief Financial Officer, earned $212K in 2018.
AMREP's fiscal year ends on April 30.
