AMREP reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on August 2, 2019.
In 2019, three AMREP executives received on average a compensation package of $335K, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Christopher V. Vitale, Chief Executive Officer, received $495K in total, which increased by 28% compared to 2018. 64% of Vitale's compensation, or $318K, was in salary. Vitale also received $176K in stock awards and $322 in other compensation.
Rory Burke, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $302K, which increased by 7% compared to previous year. 90% of the compensation package, or $271K, was in salary.
James M. Mcmonagle, Chief Financial Officer, earned $208K in 2019, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
AMREP's fiscal year ends on April 30.
