Aramark reports 2018 executive compensation

CEO Eric J. Foss receives $16M

Aramark reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on December 21, 2018.

In 2018, five Aramark executives received on average a compensation package of $5,397,325, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.

Eric J. Foss, Chief Executive Officer, received $15,958,908 in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2017. 48.89% of Foss' compensation, or $7,801,697, was in stock awards. Foss also received $4,160 of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2,629,400 in non-equity incentive plan, $3,505,894 in option awards, $1,700,004 in salary, as well as $317,753 in other compensation.

Stephen P. Bramlage, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3,389,271, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 43.37% of the compensation package, or $1,470,062, was in stock awards.

Lynn B. McKee, EVP, Human Resources, earned $2,912,084 in 2018, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.

Stephen R. Reynolds, General Counsel, received $2,595,298 in 2018, which decreases by 5% compared to 2017.

Harrald Kroeker, Senior Vice President, Integration, earned $2,131,063 in 2018, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.

Aramark's fiscal year ends on September 28.
