Aramark reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on December 23, 2020.
In 2020, seven Aramark executives received on average a compensation package of $8M, a 81% increase compared to previous year.

John J. Zillmer, Chief Executive Officer, received $27M in total. 50% of Zillmer's compensation, or $14M, was in option awards. Zillmer also received $683K in bonus, $228K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, $11M in stock awards, as well as $65K in other compensation.
Thomas Ondrof, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $6.8M. 53% of the compensation package, or $3.6M, was in option awards.
Marc Bruno, Chief Operating Officer, earned $6.5M in 2020.
Lynn B. McKee, Chairman, received $5.7M in 2020, which increases by 95% compared to 2019.
Lauren Harrington, General Counsel, earned $5.2M in 2020, a 188% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen P. Bramlage, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.3M in 2020, which decreases by 5% compared to 2019.
Stephen I. Sadove, Chairman, earned $513K in 2020, a 56% increase compared to previous year.
Aramark's fiscal year ends on September 30.
