ATRION reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on April 7, 2010.
In 2009, three ATRION executives received on average a compensation package of $559K, a 31% decrease compared to previous year.

Emile A Battat, Chief Executive Officer, received $753K in total, which decreased by 8% compared to 2008. 66% of Battat's compensation, or $500K, was in salary. Battat also received $3.8K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $235K in non-equity incentive plan, as well as $14K in other compensation.
David A. Battat, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $639K, which decreased by 51% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $275K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Jeffery Strickland, Chief Financial Officer, earned $286K in 2009, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
