AWARE reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on April 25, 2024.
In 2023, three AWARE executives received on average a compensation package of $483K, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at AWARE
Robert A. Eckel, Chief Executive Officer, received $511K in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2022. 62% of Eckel's compensation, or $316K, was in salary. Eckel also received $124K in non-equity incentive plan, $55K in stock awards, as well as $16K in other compensation.
Craig Herman, Chief Revenue Officer, received a compensation package of $511K. 50% of the compensation package, or $256K, was in salary.
Mohamed Lazzouni, Chief Technology Officer, earned $427K in 2023, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
