BGSF reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 25, 2022.
In 2021, two BGSF executives received on average a compensation package of $676K, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at BGSF
Beth Garvey, Chief Executive Officer, received $760K in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2020. 56% of Garvey's compensation, or $425K, was in salary. Garvey also received $188K in bonus, $103K in option awards, $29K in stock awards, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Dan Hollenbach, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $593K, which increased by 10% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $320K, was in salary.
