BigCommerce Holdings reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 1, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at BigCommerce Holdings received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Brent Bellm, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.4M in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2020. 59% of Bellm's compensation, or $4.4M, was in stock awards. Bellm also received $612K in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in option awards, as well as $450K in salary.

Robert Kaloustian, Chief Services Officer, received $2.4M in 2021.
Brian Dhatt, Chief Technology Officer, earned $2.1M in 2021, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
