Bio-Techne CEO Charles Kummeth's 2019 pay rises 14% to $11.0M

Bio-Techne reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on September 9, 2019.
In 2019, five Bio-Techne executives received on average a compensation package of $3.8M, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Charles Kummeth, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 14% compared to 2018. 36.33% of Kummeth's compensation, or $4M, was in option awards. Kummeth also received $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $957K in salary, $4M in stock awards, as well as $45.7K in other compensation.
James Hippel, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.8M, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 43.52% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in option awards.
David Eansor, Senior Vice President Biotechnology, earned $2.3M in 2019, a 46% increase compared to previous year.
Kim Kelderman, President, Diagnostics and Genomics, received $1.6M in 2019, which increases by 34% compared to 2018.
Brenda Furlow, General Counsel, earned $1.4M in 2019, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Bio-Techne's fiscal year ends on June 30.
