Blue Bird reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 27, 2020.
In 2018, five Blue Bird executives received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Phil Horlock, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.5M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2017. 33% of Horlock's compensation, or $800K, was in salary. Horlock also received $600K in non-equity incentive plan, $263K in option awards, $758K in stock awards, as well as $36K in other compensation.
Phil Tighe, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which increased by 12% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $475K, was in salary.
Tom Roberts, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $876K in 2018, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Terry, Chief Commercial Officer, received $846K in 2018, which increases by 12% compared to 2017.
Paul Yousif, General Counsel, earned $411K in 2018, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Blue Bird's fiscal year ends on October 2.
