Brightcove reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 1, 2020.
In 2019, three Brightcove executives received on average a compensation package of $898K, a 33% decrease compared to previous year.

Jeff Ray, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.4M in total, which decreased by 47% compared to 2018. 37% of Ray's compensation, or $527K, was in stock awards. Ray also received $411K in non-equity incentive plan, $400K in salary, as well as $98K in other compensation.
Robert Noreck, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $637K, which decreased by 5% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $315K, was in salary.
David Plotkin, Chief Legal Officer, earned $621K in 2019, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
