CDW reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 7, 2022.
In 2021, six CDW executives received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at CDW
Christine A. Leahy, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.9M in total, which increased by 41% compared to 2020. 32% of Leahy's compensation, or $2.8M, was in option awards. Elizabeth H. Connelly, Chief Coworker Services Officer and Senior Vice President – Coworker Services, received $2.2M in 2021, which increases by 57% compared to 2020.
