Celcuity reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on March 28, 2024.
In 2023, three Celcuity executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 85% increase compared to previous year.

Brian F. Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.7M in total, which increased by 39% compared to 2022. 72% of Sullivan's compensation, or $1.3M, was in option awards. Sullivan also received $269K in non-equity incentive plan and $210K in salary.
Lance G. Laing, Chief Scientific Officer, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which increased by 145% compared to previous year. 74% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in option awards.
Vicky Hahne, Chief Financial Officer, earned $899K in 2023, a 143% increase compared to previous year.
