ChannelAdvisor reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 18, 2019.
In 2018, four executives at ChannelAdvisor received on average a compensation package of $870K, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
David J. Spitz, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.7M in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2017. 27% of Spitz's compensation, or $465K, was in option awards. Spitz also received $369K in non-equity incentive plan, $411K in salary, $456K in stock awards, as well as $8.3K in other compensation.
Diana S. Allen, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $797K, which increased by 35% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $286K, was in salary.
Mark E. Cook, Chief Financial Officer, earned $694K in 2018, a 32% decrease compared to previous year.
M. Scot Wingo, Chairman, received $278K in 2018, which increases by 2% compared to 2017.
