Cimpress reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on October 5, 2022.
In 2022, three Cimpress executives received on average a compensation package of $6.9M, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Cimpress
Robert S. Keane, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.1M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2021. 90% of Keane's compensation, or $7.3M, was in stock awards. Keane also received $766K in salary and $25K in other compensation.
Sean E. Quinn, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $7.4M, which increased by 29% compared to previous year. 87% of the compensation package, or $6.4M, was in stock awards.
Maarten Wensveen, Chief Technology Officer, earned $5.3M in 2022, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Cimpress' fiscal year ends on June 30.
