Coursera reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 31, 2022.
In 2021, three Coursera executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 65% decrease compared to previous year.

Jeffrey N. Maggioncalda, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.4M in total, which decreased by 64% compared to 2020. 45% of Maggioncalda's compensation, or $2.4M, was in option awards. Maggioncalda also received $272K in non-equity incentive plan, $400K in salary, $2.3M in stock awards, as well as $315 in other compensation.
Kenneth R. Hahn, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.4M, which decreased by 56% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in option awards.
Leah F. Belsky, Senior Vice President and Chief Enterprise Officer, earned $3M in 2021.
