CRA International reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 30, 2021.
In 2020, four executives at CRA International received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Paul Maleh, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.5M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2019. 43% of Maleh's compensation, or $1.5M, was in stock awards. Maleh also received $50K in bonus, $1M in non-equity incentive plan, $850K in salary, as well as $31K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $129,577 at CRA International. Therefore, the ratio of Paul Maleh's pay to the median employee pay was 27 to one.
Daniel Mahoney, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M. 46% of the compensation package, or $650K, was in stock awards.
Chad Holmes, Chief corporate development officer and executive vice president, earned $1.2M in 2020, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Jonathan Yellin, General Counsel, received $1.1M in 2020, which increases by 7% compared to 2019.
