Crexendo reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 26, 2021.
In 2020, four Crexendo executives received on average a compensation package of $536K, a 135% increase compared to previous year.
Doug Gaylor, Chief Operating Officer, received $679K in total, which increased by 94% compared to 2019. 43% of Gaylor's compensation, or $291K, was in option awards. Gaylor also received $20K in bonus, $11K in non-equity incentive plan, $259K in salary, $77K in stock awards, as well as $21K in other compensation.
Ron Vincent, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $600K, which increased by 128% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $291K, was in option awards.
Steven Mihaylo, Chief Executive Officer, earned $453K in 2020, a 529% increase compared to previous year.
Jon Brinton, Chief Revenue Officer, received $413K in 2020.
