Crexendo reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 17, 2022.
In 2021, six Crexendo executives received on average a compensation package of $416K, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
Doug Gaylor, Chief Operating Officer, received $753K in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2020. 48% of Gaylor's compensation, or $360K, was in option awards. Gaylor also received $50K in bonus, $33K in non-equity incentive plan, $288K in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.
Ron Vincent, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $693K, which increased by 15% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $360K, was in option awards.
Jon Brinton, Chief Revenue Officer, earned $455K in 2021, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Steven Mihaylo, Chief Executive Officer, received $221K in 2021, which decreases by 51% compared to 2020.
Anand Buch, Chief Strategy Officer, earned $187K in 2021.
David Wang, Chief Technology Officer, received $187K in 2021.
