CSP reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on January 3, 2008.
In 2007, four CSP executives received on average a compensation package of $517K.
Average pay of disclosed executives at CSP
Alexander Lupinetti, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in total. 50% of Lupinetti's compensation, or $610K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Lupinetti also received $90K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $91K in option awards, $352K in salary, as well as $79K in other compensation.
Gary Levine, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $434K. 41% of the compensation package, or $178K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
William Bent, Vice President and General Manager MultiComputer Division, earned $284K in 2007.
Robert Stellato, Vice President of Finance and CAO, received $129K in 2007.
