DHI Group reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on June 15, 2022.
In 2021, five DHI Group executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Art Zeile, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.7M in total, which decreased by 21% compared to 2020. 44% of Zeile's compensation, or $1.2M, was in stock awards. Zeile also received $912K in non-equity incentive plan, $591K in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.
Chris Henderson, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which increased by 21% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $524K, was in stock awards.
Kevin Bostick, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.2M in 2021, a 74% increase compared to previous year.
Arie Kanofsky, Chief Revenue Officer, received $1M in 2021.
Paul Farnsworth, Chief Technology Officer, earned $978K in 2021, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
