Digi International reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on December 5, 2008.
In 2008, four executives at Digi International received on average a compensation package of $670K, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Joseph T. Dunsmore, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2007. 53% of Dunsmore's compensation, or $599K, was in option awards. Dunsmore also received $128K in non-equity incentive plan, $390K in salary, as well as $9.5K in other compensation.
Subramanian Krishnan, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $529K, which decreased by 21% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $242K, was in salary.
Larry A. Kraft, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, earned $520K in 2008, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
Joel K. Young, Senior Vice President of Research and Development, and Chief Technical Officer, received $506K in 2008, which increases by 1% compared to 2007.
Digi International's fiscal year ends on September 30.
