Dollar General reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 2, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Dollar General received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 23% increase compared to previous year.

Todd J. Vasos, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2018. 33% of Vasos' compensation, or $4M, was in stock awards. Vasos also received $2.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.9M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $92K in other compensation.

Jason S. Reiser, Executive Vice President Chief Merchandising Officer, received $2.8M in 2019, which increases by 10% compared to 2018.
Rhonda M. Taylor, General Counsel, earned $2.7M in 2019, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Dollar General's fiscal year ends on January 28.
