DOMO reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 20, 2019.

Bruce Felt, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.4M in total, which decreased by 50% compared to 2018. 57% of Felt's compensation, or $808K, was in stock awards. Felt also received $199K in non-equity incentive plan, $377K in salary, as well as $33K in other compensation.
Catherine Wong, Chief Product Officer and Executive Vice President of Engineering, received a compensation package of $1.2M, which decreased by 55% compared to previous year. 40% of the compensation package, or $496K, was in stock awards.
Joshua G. James, Chief Executive Officer, earned $733K in 2019, a 102% increase compared to previous year.
