Ecolab reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 19, 2021.
In 2020, five Ecolab executives received on average a compensation package of $7.7M, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.

Douglas M. Baker, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which decreased by 15% compared to 2019. 33% of Baker's compensation, or $5.6M, was in stock awards. Elizabeth A. Simermeyer, Executive Vice President and President – Global Healthcare and Life Sciences, earned $2.5M in 2020.
