eGain reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 19, 2018.
In 2018, four eGain executives received on average a compensation package of $346K, a 51% increase compared to previous year.
Promod Narang, Senior Vice President of Products and Engineering, received $372K in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2017. 67% of Narang's compensation, or $250K, was in salary. Narang also received $30K in non-equity incentive plan, $88K in option awards, as well as $3.6K in other compensation.
Eric Smit, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $366K, which increased by 10% compared to previous year. 68% of the compensation package, or $250K, was in salary.
Todd Woodstra, Senior Vice President of Global Sales, earned $325K in 2018.
Ashutosh Roy, Chief Executive Officer, received $321K in 2018, which increases by 1338563% compared to 2017.
eGain's fiscal year ends on June 30.
