eGain reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on October 11, 2019.
In 2019, four eGain executives received on average a compensation package of $365K, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Promod Narang, Senior Vice President of Products and Engineering, received $390K in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2018. 69% of Narang's compensation, or $270K, was in salary. Narang also received $75K in non-equity incentive plan, $41K in option awards, as well as $3.4K in other compensation.
Eric Smit, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $389K, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 69% of the compensation package, or $270K, was in salary.
Todd Woodstra, Senior Vice President of Global Sales, earned $362K in 2019, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Ashutosh Roy, Chief Executive Officer, received $321K in 2019, which is about the same as previous year.
eGain's fiscal year ends on June 30.
