eGain reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on October 27, 2021.
In 2021, three eGain executives received on average a compensation package of $362K, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Eric Smit, Chief Financial Officer, received $413K in total, which decreased by 5% compared to 2020. 75% of Smit's compensation, or $310K, was in salary. Smit also received $90K in non-equity incentive plan, $7.6K in option awards, as well as $5K in other compensation.
Promod Narang, Senior Vice President of Products and Engineering, received a compensation package of $408K, which decreased by 3% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $300K, was in salary.
Ashutosh Roy, Chief Executive Officer, earned $264K in 2021, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
eGain's fiscal year ends on June 30.
