In 2022, three eGain executives received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 191% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at eGain
Ashutosh Roy, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.3M in total, which increased by 412% compared to 2021. 81% of Roy's compensation, or $1.1M, was in option awards. Roy also received $250K in salary and $1.3K in other compensation.
Eric Smit, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $999K, which increased by 142% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $585K, was in option awards.
Promod Narang, Senior Vice President of Products and Engineering, earned $811K in 2022, a 99% increase compared to previous year.
