eGain reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on October 12, 2023.
In 2023, three eGain executives received on average a compensation package of $803K, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at eGain
Ashutosh Roy, Chief Executive Officer, received $984K in total, which decreased by 27% compared to 2022. 66% of Roy's compensation, or $646K, was in option awards. Roy also received $85K in non-equity incentive plan, $250K in salary, as well as $2.4K in other compensation.
Eric Smit, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $780K, which decreased by 22% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $345K, was in option awards.
Promod Narang, Chief Technology Officer, earned $645K in 2023, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
eGain's fiscal year ends on June 30.
