EMCORE reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 24, 2019.
In 2018, three EMCORE executives received on average a compensation package of $639K, a 48% decrease compared to previous year.
Jeffrey Rittichier, Chief Executive Officer, received $1M in total, which decreased by 50% compared to 2017. 50.17% of Rittichier's compensation, or $516K, was in stock awards. Rittichier also received $50.2K in non-equity incentive plan, $425K in salary, as well as $37.3K in other compensation.
Albert Lu, SVP, Engineering, received a compensation package of $524.2K, which decreased by 4% compared to previous year. 53.41% of the compensation package, or $280K, was in salary.
Jikun Kim, Chief Financial Officer, earned $364.2K in 2018, a 81% decrease compared to previous year.
EMCORE's fiscal year ends on September 30.
