Ennis CEO Keith Walters' 2019 pay rises 13% to $3.8M

Ennis reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 24, 2019.
In 2019, four Ennis executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Keith S. Walters, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.8M in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2018. 38% of Walters' compensation, or $1.4M, was in stock awards. Walters also received $189K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1M in non-equity incentive plan, $943K in salary, as well as $215K in other compensation.
Michael D. Magill, Secretary, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which is about the same as previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $518K, was in salary.
Richard L. Travis, Jr, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.1M in 2019, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Ronald M. Graham, Vice President - Administration, received $751K in 2019, which decreases by 1% compared to 2018.
Ennis' fiscal year ends on February 28.
