EnSync reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 10, 2018.
In 2018, three EnSync executives received on average a compensation package of $539K, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
Bradley L. Hansen, Chief Executive Officer, received $829K in total, which decreased by 52% compared to 2017. 60% of Hansen's compensation, or $496K, was in stock awards. Hansen also received $300K in salary and $33K in other compensation.
Daniel A. Nordloh, Executive Vice President of Global Business Development, received a compensation package of $401K, which increased by 59% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $215K, was in salary.
Kevin A. Dennis, Vice President of Engineering and Product Development, earned $386K in 2018.
EnSync's fiscal year ends on June 30.
