ESCO Technologies reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on December 12, 2018.
In 2018, three executives at ESCO Technologies received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Victor L. Richey, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.8M in total, which increased by 20% compared to 2017. 43% of Richey's compensation, or $1.6M, was in stock awards. Richey also received $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $825K in salary, as well as $83K in other compensation.
Gary E. Muenster, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.1M, which increased by 17% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $748K, was in stock awards.
Alyson S. Barclay, General Counsel, earned $1.1M in 2018, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
ESCO Technologies' fiscal year ends on September 30.
