EVERTEC reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 8, 2020.
In 2018, seven EVERTEC executives received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 50% decrease compared to previous year.
Morgan M. Schuessler, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.7M in total, which decreased by 37% compared to 2017. 64% of Schuessler's compensation, or $3M, was in stock awards. Schuessler also received $20K in bonus, $968K in non-equity incentive plan, $679K in salary, as well as $46K in other compensation.
Peter J.S. Smith, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which decreased by 52% compared to previous year. 77% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in stock awards.
Miguel Vizcarrondo, Executive Vice President and Head of Payment Services, Puerto Rico & Caribbean, Business Solutions and Merchant Acquiring, earned $1.2M in 2018, a 27% decrease compared to previous year.
Philip E. Steurer, Chief Operating Officer, received $1.2M in 2018, which decreases by 27% compared to 2017.
Luis A. Rodríguez, General Counsel, earned $1.1M in 2018.
Guillermo Rospigliosi, Executive Vice President and Chief Product & Innovation Officer, received $675K in 2018, which decreases by 56% compared to 2017.
Joaquín A. Castrillo, Chief Financial Officer, earned $407K in 2018.
