EVERTEC reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 4, 2022.
In 2021, five EVERTEC executives received on average a compensation package of $3.1M, a 25% increase compared to previous year.

Morgan M. Schuessler, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.5M in total, which increased by 41% compared to 2020. 70% of Schuessler's compensation, or $5.3M, was in stock awards. Schuessler also received $23K in bonus, $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $751K in salary, as well as $119K in other compensation.
Joaquín A. Castrillo, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.3M, which increased by 37% compared to previous year. 62% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Guillermo Rospigliosi, Executive Vice President and Chief Product and Innovation Officer, earned $2M in 2021, a 45% increase compared to previous year.
Miguel Vizcarrondo, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, received $2M in 2021, which increases by 41% compared to 2020.
Diego Viglianco, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.5M in 2021.
