First Citizens Bancshares reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 10, 2021.

Peter M. Bristow, President, earned $2.7M in 2020, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Craig L. Nix, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.5M in 2020, which increases by 17% compared to 2019.
Jeffery L. Ward, Chief Strategy Officer, earned $1.7M in 2020.
