Fuel-Tech reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 25, 2020.
In 2019, four Fuel-Tech executives received on average a compensation package of $343K, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Vincent J. Arnone, Chief Executive Officer, received $445K in total, which decreased by 13% compared to 2018. 95% of Arnone's compensation, or $425K, was in salary. Arnone also received $20K in other compensation.
William E. Cummings, Jr, Senior Vice President, Sales, received a compensation package of $435K, which decreased by 9% compared to previous year. 55% of the compensation package, or $240K, was in salary.
Ellen T. Albrecht, Acting Treasurer, Controller and Principal Financial Officer, earned $269K in 2019, a 18% decrease compared to previous year.
James M. Pach, Former Vice President, Controller and Treasurer, received $224K in 2019, which decreases by 6% compared to 2018.
