General Electric reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 17, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at General Electric received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 59% decrease compared to previous year.

H. Lawrence Culp, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $23M in total, which decreased by 69% compared to 2020. 66% of Culp's compensation, or $15M, was in stock awards. Culp also received $4.2M in bonus, $943K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.5M in salary, as well as $20K in other compensation.
Carolina Dybeck Happe, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $10M, which decreased by 56% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $3.6M, was in stock awards.
John Slattery, Chief Executive Officer, earned $9.5M in 2021, a 16% decrease compared to previous year.
Kieran Murphy, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.9M in 2021, which decreases by 40% compared to 2020.
Russell Stokes, Chief Executive Officer, earned $6.5M in 2021, a 62% decrease compared to previous year.
