In 2021, five executives at Golden Entertainment received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 110% increase compared to previous year.
Blake L. Sartini, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.8M in total, which increased by 68% compared to 2020. 34% of Sartini's compensation, or $3M, was in stock awards. Sartini also received $2M in bonus, $2.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $281K in other compensation.

Stephen A. Arcana, Chief Operating Officer, earned $4.7M in 2021, a 92% increase compared to previous year.
Blake L. Sartini, II, Executive Vice President of Operations, received $2.8M in 2021, which increases by 108% compared to 2020.
Thomas E. Haas, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $1.1M in 2021, a 148% increase compared to previous year.
