Hasbro CEO Darren Throop receives $24M in 2020

Hasbro reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 1, 2021.
In 2020, five Hasbro executives received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 58% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Hasbro
Darren Throop, Chief Executive Officer, received $24M in total. 65% of Throop's compensation, or $15M, was in stock awards. Throop also received $2.5M in bonus, $2.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in option awards, $1.5M in salary, as well as $275K in other compensation.
Brian Goldner, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $17M, which decreased by 7% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $6.3M, was in option awards.
John Frascotti, Chief Operating Officer, earned $6.3M in 2020, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Deborah Thomas, Chief Financial Officer, received $5.9M in 2020, which increases by 33% compared to 2019.
Dolph L. Johnson, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $4.1M in 2020.
Hasbro's fiscal year ends on December 27.
