Health Catalyst reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 27, 2021.
In 2019, four executives at Health Catalyst received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
Daniel Burton, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.5M in total, which decreased by 23% compared to 2018. 86% of Burton's compensation, or $3M, was in option awards. Burton also received $130K in non-equity incentive plan, $350K in salary, as well as $17K in other compensation.
Dale Sanders, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $3.3M, which increased by 4% compared to previous year. 85% of the compensation package, or $2.8M, was in option awards.
Paul Horstmeier, Chief Operating Officer, earned $2.5M in 2019.
Patrick Nelli, Chief Financial Officer, received $430K in 2019, which decreases by 75% compared to 2018.
