HollyFrontier reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 21, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at HollyFrontier received on average a compensation package of $4.2M, a 28% increase compared to previous year.

George J. Damiris, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2017. 67% of Damiris' compensation, or $7.6M, was in stock awards. Damiris also received $122K in bonus, $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $382K in other compensation.
Richard L. Voliva, III, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.3M, which increased by 5% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.

Denise C. McWatters, General Counsel, received $2.2M in 2018, which increases by 10% compared to 2017.
Thomas G. Creery, Senior Vice President, Commercial, earned $2.1M in 2018, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
