IDACORP reports 2007 executive compensation

IDACORP reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 7, 2008.
In 2007, five IDACORP executives received on average a compensation package of $824K, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at IDACORP
J. LaMont Keen, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.4M in total, which is about the same as previous year. 35% of Keen's compensation, or $498K, was in salary. Keen also received $252K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $260K in non-equity incentive plan, $43K in option awards, $362K in stock awards, as well as $10K in other compensation.
Thomas R. Saldin, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $799K, which increased by 9% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $307K, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
Daniel B. Minor, Senior Vice President – Delivery, Idaho Power, earned $690K in 2007, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Darrel T. Anderson, Chief Financial Officer, received $675K in 2007, which decreases by 14% compared to 2006.
James C. Miller, Senior Vice President – Power Supply, Idaho Power, earned $531K in 2007, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
