Incyte reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 16, 2021.
In 2020, five Incyte executives received on average a compensation package of $6.3M, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.

Hervé Hoppenot, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2019. 51% of Hoppenot's compensation, or $8.3M, was in stock awards. Hoppenot also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $5.5M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $48K in other compensation.
