In 2019, three executives at Independence Holding received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 74% increase compared to previous year.
Roy T.K. Thung, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.2M in total, which increased by 53% compared to 2018. 45% of Thung's compensation, or $1.5M, was in option awards. Thung also received $339K in bonus, $178K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $753K in non-equity incentive plan, $494K in salary, as well as $14K in other compensation.
David T. Kettig, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.2M, which increased by 59% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $439K, was in option awards.
Teresa A. Herbert, Chief Financial Officer, earned $936K in 2019, a 75% increase compared to previous year.
