Insperity reported fiscal year 2013 executive compensation information on March 31, 2014.
In 2013, five Insperity executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.

Paul J. Sarvadi, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.8M in total, which decreased by 12% compared to 2012. 41% of Sarvadi's compensation, or $1.2M, was in stock awards. Sarvadi also received $284K in non-equity incentive plan, $816K in salary, as well as $570K in other compensation.
Richard G. Rawson, President, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which decreased by 14% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $701K, was in stock awards.
A. Steve Arizpe, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.5M in 2013, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Jay E. Mincks, EVP of Sales & Marketing, received $1.4M in 2013, which decreases by 11% compared to 2012.
Douglas S. Sharp, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1M in 2013, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
